Named after renowned horticulturist Paul Sorensen, who designed the historic ‘Everglades’ gardens in Leura, the Sorensen Room features warm red tones that evoke the earthy hues of local ironstone. The room’s decor pays homage to Sorensen’s garden designs, incorporating elements of the surrounding natural beauty.
